With a short frontage and a deep, rectangular plot, the design for the project revolved around the notion of project imageability from the main highway.

The product mix comprises three office towers and a tower comprising studio offices, besides a small retail hub towards the front.

The iconic tower has been conceptualised as a landmark 25 storeyed tower at the tip of the city. The office towers have deep floor plates with a central core, offering a mix of small and large offices within the tower.
